What are your shipping policies?

We use freight curbside delivery and white glove delivery depending on the services available in your local area.

Local pickup

We offer a 20% discount for local pickup in Indianapolis with code LOCAL at checkout. All items must be picked up at our showroom location at 1021 E Michigan St Indianapolis, IN 46202.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free delivery on orders of $1499 or more to customers in the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.

Can I return an item?

Returns are not accepted unless there is damage from transit or significant defects in the item. All items are inspected and approval photos will be emailed prior to shipment.
