What are your shipping policies?

We use freight curbside delivery and white glove delivery depending on the services available in your local area.

Local pickup

We offer a 25% discount for local pickup or delivery in Indianapolis with code LOCAL at checkout. Pick up will be at our showroom location at 1021 E Michigan St Indianapolis, IN 46202. We also offer $149 flat rate white glove delivery within 25 miles of our warehouse. No matter how many items you buy we will have them delivered and placed in your home for one flat rate.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free delivery on orders of $1499 or more to customers in the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.

Can I return an item?

Returns are not accepted unless there is damage from transit or significant defects in the item. All items are inspected and approval photos will be emailed prior to shipment.
